DBD takes out most of the effort of conducting new business campaigns leaving you to meet your chosen potential clients and win their business. Clients choose the businesses to be approached, provide collateral (door opener, paper for letter, envelopes and postage), two email addresses to access to your email/calendar system, and attend the meeting or phone calls set-up. Clients also have the option to write specific paragraphs to be merged into the letter for each individual, business or industry type.

We build a bespoke contact database (based on client choice of business to be approached and their choice of Job Title), produce and send hopefully wonderful and memorable door openers along with highly personalised letters in beautifully crafted hand addressed envelopes, and follow-up to set-up meetings or rural/regional phone calls for our clients.

DBD is an alliance partner for ZOHO CRM in Australia. For clients who don’t have a proper CRM in place, we customise ZOHO to our and their needs and train appropriate team members on use.

We find that clients who embrace the CRM and input information and a follow-up date after a meeting and then do as they said they’d do get better results than those who don’t.

ZOHO is a very intuitive CRM and is easy to use and learn. There is no lock in contacts and the licence fees a very reasonable indeed.

WHAT WE DO

B2B Appointment Settings

We open doors for you to close. You chose the businesses and the job titles of those you’d like to meet with. We build a bespoke contact database including postal address. We also customise and train on ZOHO CRM if agreed.

You provide a Door Opener, paper for the letter, envelopes and postage. We also have access to your email system including calendars and two email addresses.

We produce the letter under your logo, insert it along with the Door Opener in a hand addressed envelope and post to prospects. We then follow-up by phone (mainly) and email to set-up appointments for you to attend.

Following up Attendees at a Conference

We set-up one-on-one meetings with prospects who heard you or your colleague speak at a conference or seminar. This requires you to obtain a list of people who attended your presentation. You cherry-pick which people you’d like to have a one-on-one meeting with.

The B2B Appointment Setting process is undertaken to those you’ve chosen. This can be a highly effective way to win new clients and business.

Helping you put on an Event

We build you a B2B contact list as per your instructions (e.g. people with the word Digital in their job title based in Melbourne), including postal address.

You provide envelopes, postage and printed invitation on which we hand address the person’s name. We post the invitations in a hand addressed envelope.

We then follow-up the invitations by phone (mainly) and email to maximise attendance. And we manage the RSVP process for you.
